Dwight founded Bonaventure in 1999 and maintains oversight over all aspects of Bonaventure, including strategic planning, organizational structure and business development. He possesses a deep knowledge of the multifamily industry including acquisitions, financing, and operations. He leverages his expertise to drive the organization forward. Prior to founding Bonaventure, Dwight served as Director of Corporate and Strategic Development at Franklin Credit Management. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
LinkedInChris joined Bonaventure in 2006 and is responsible for all development activities. Before joining Bonaventure, Chris worked at KPMG in Philadelphia, PA. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is also a licensed salesperson in Virginia.
LinkedInStephen joined Bonaventure in 2022 and has overall responsibility for accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, corporate accounting, construction, and real estate accounting. He also oversees financial reporting, fund accounting, technical accounting, and income tax compliance. Prior to joining Bonaventure, Stephen was Chief Accounting Officer at Middleburg Communities, a vertically integrated Multifamily investment management, development, and general contracting firm. He has also held positions at Washington REIT and PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Financial Services Assurance practice. He obtained a Master of Accounting from the College of Charleston, and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a Minor in Accounting from Clemson University. Stephen is a certified public accountant.
LinkedInJeff joined Bonaventure in 2007. As principal architect and partner, Jeff is responsible for visioning potential development sites for Bonaventure and Bonaventure’s partners in success. Jeff is also responsible for design management of Bonaventure’s portfolio of projects and investment opportunities. Jeff has over 30 years’ experience in the architectural and construction field and provides vision and guidance throughout the organization. Jeff has a professional degree in Architecture from Drury University and is a licensed and NCARB certified architect and licensed contractor. Jeff is based out of Liberty, Missouri.

JP joined Bonaventure in 2003, initially working on the acquisition of new properties. Eventually transitioning to a ground up development role, JP is now VP of Development. In this capacity, he and his team focus on site selection, entitlement, underwriting, and all development and construction phases for Bonaventure’s newest ventures. JP became a Partner in 2010. He has been directly involved with the acquisition and construction of over 5,000 apartments.
LinkedInMatin joined Bonaventure in 2021 and is responsible for all Construction activities. Before joining Bonaventure, Matin worked at Greystar Development and Balfour Beatty Construction. Matin has over 15 years’ experience in construction project management and has managed and built over 2,500 apartments. Matin has a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering with Concentration in Construction Project Management from George Mason University.
LinkedInCasey joined Bonaventure in 2023 as the Portfolio Manager for the company’s perpetual life multifamily fund and its parent holding company. Prior to Bonaventure, Casey sourced and acquired Class B/B+ multifamily communities through a single-member LLC called Pinpoint. Casey acquired 884 units throughout Virginia and North Carolina markets, with dispositions realizing net-to-investor returns of a 56.2% IRR and 2.5x equity multiple. Before founding Pinpoint, he was a member of Starwood Capital Group’s acquisitions team, where he completed $1.2B of transactions across multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets. Casey received a B.A. in Government from Harvard in 2014.
LinkedInAndy serves as Senior Vice President – Head of Capital Markets for Bonaventure. He brings 24 years of financial services experience raising capital for many different sectors of CRE and alternative investments. He and his team are tasked to raise capital through the structuring of private debt, 1031/DST tax efficient offerings, direct co-invest opportunities into single assets, and through Bonaventure’s perpetual life offering. Andy received his BBA in Finance at the University of Georgia. He is based out of Atlanta, GA.

Adam joined Bonaventure in 2009, and is responsible for all debt and disposition activities at Bonaventure. Since joining Bonaventure, Adam has originated over $2.5 Billion of debt and has successfully executed on the disposition of 16 assets totaling over 3,600 units with an aggregate value of $420 Million. Prior to joining Bonaventure, Adam was a market research associate with Regency Centers in Vienna, VA. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
LinkedInJoining Bonaventure in 2023, Eric is responsible for asset management and the oversight of our operations platform. He has 10 years of experience in Real Estate Operations and Asset Management, with extensive experience in Revenue Management, Portfolio Management, and Value-Add execution. Most recently, Eric was the Vice President of Asset Management at a DC-based NYSE listed publicly traded REIT, overseeing a $2+ billion Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Multifamily portfolio. He has also worked for UDR, a nationwide NYSE listed REIT located outside Denver, CO. Eric received a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University in 2013.
LinkedInJimmy Parker joined Bonaventure in 2018 as part of the Development & Acquisitions Team. Before fully transitioning his role to focus on Bonaventure’s Investments, Jimmy managed a team working on 17 development projects totaling over 3,750 units and $1 Billion in value. Since joining Bonaventure, Jimmy has been directly involved in the acquisition of over 4,500 apartment units, across more than 30 transactions and an aggregate value of over $1 Billion. Jimmy currently serves as the Director of Investments managing a team working on execution and implementation of Bonaventure’s investment strategy including core, core-plus, and value add acquisitions, structured credit investments, tax-deferred recapitalizations and more. Jimmy is responsible for executing all aspects of the investment process including deal sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, and closing. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Sewanee University.
LinkedInMatt joined Bonaventure in April 2022 as a Regional Vice President on the Capital Markets team. He focuses on communicating Bonaventure’s unique solutions to the professional investment community across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Prior to Bonaventure, Matt spent over ten years raising capital for boutique, value-oriented equity strategies. Nearly two decades of experience in the investment industry and more than a decade of personally investing in multifamily real estate have informed his views on the importance of thoughtful client partnering. Matt received a B.A. in Economics and in Art from The University of Virginia in 2002. He is based out of Richmond, Virginia.

Anthony works with investment advisories and family offices in the Midwest and Northeast part of the United States. He also concentrates efforts on raising capital through accredited investors that have had a relationship with Bonaventure for years/ decades. Anthony approaches all capital raising efforts with a consultative approach and willingness to assist in the investment selection process. Previously, Anthony served as VP at Howard Capital Management representing a full suite of publicly traded investment funds in which he held a seat on the HCM index committee, helping rebalance several different indices. He holds his series 7, series 63, and series 65 licenses. He is based out of Long Island, NY.
